PC Pool A-003 and A-009

Building A houses the two computer rooms, A-003 (timetable) and A-009 (timetable). The rooms are on the first floor of the building. Access is usually via the main staircase at Entrance 3 (wheelchair access is available; see below).

The computer rooms themselves are usually locked – in the event of an exam, the invigilators have a key, will prepare the room and then let you in. Please also note that you must arrive on time to avoid having to knock on the doors late to ask to be let in.

Accessible access to the computer room

To access the PC rooms without having to use the stairs, there is a lift at step-free entrance 2 (Altendorfer Straße, between entrance 1 with the steps on the left and entrance 3 with the steps on the right). This lift takes you right outside the room – the door to the room itself will then be opened by the supervisors once you have made your presence known.

Alternatively, you can access the room at ground level without using a lift via a higher-level rear entrance on Thea-Leymann-Str. To do this, you’ll need to walk once anti-clockwise around the entire building (see photo series):

  1. Thea-Leymann-Strasse is the parallel street behind the building.
  2. Turn into Thea-Leymann-Strasse and take the first left into the courtyard behind the building.
  3. Enter the courtyard, then continue left into the cul-de-sac.
  4. At the end of the courtyard, on the right, you’ll find this door with a doorbell, which provides access.
